The opening meeting brings together all partners to align on CIRENA’s objectives, participatory approach, and implementation roadmap. It establishes a shared understanding of the project’s civic mission, coordination mechanisms, and quality standards, ensuring coherence across activities from the outset.

The closing event brings together partners, participants, and stakeholders to present the project’s results, reflect on lessons learned, and explore opportunities for continuation and wider dissemination at European level.
